Tommy Wilcock is a member of the Elk Guard that was sent to investigate the burning of the tavern in Ashbane. The protagonist meets him there and warns him to be careful. Wilcock reappears later looking for his sister's yak and is still as grumpy as ever. The protagonist gets the yak from him by threatening to tell Whelek. Their commanding officer, what Wilcock really thinks of him.

He seems to not care for Captain Whelek, his commanding officer.
