Pikker, the one with the spoon
Pikker and Kikker are two sewer rats who, obviously, live in the sewers. They are not fond of residents of the "above" and immediately act hostile towards Vic'eren and the hero, demanding trade (a blue dress) in exchange for directions towards the assassin, though Pikker later admits they're not bad for "abovers".
